Our products may be produced and fulfilled on demand through third-party fulfilment partners, including Printful.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is not considered accepted solely because you have received an order confirmation.

The submitted personalised content violates these Terms

We use third-party fulfilment and delivery providers to manufacture and ship many of our products.

Your order may be produced and shipped by Printful or one of its fulfilment partners.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather, strikes, supply issues or other unexpected events.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery problems.

8. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products and incorrect orders are handled.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

10. Customer-Submitted Content

If you upload or submit images, artwork, text or other content for a personalised product, you retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant KONG+ and our fulfilment partners a limited licence to use, reproduce and process that content solely as reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order.

We will not use your submitted content for unrelated commercial purposes without your permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services and platforms, including Shopify, Printful, payment providers, delivery companies and other service providers.

These third parties may have their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control.
